Coda Rusty Rockers
Do you have an instrument lying around getting dusty? Did you play in the past, but you’re a bit rusty? Maybe you have nowhere to practice or like the idea of playing with others.
Coda Rusty Rockers is a relaxed, friendly and supportive jam session, led by Stuart Jebbitt. For the over 50s, these fun ‘turn up and jam’ sessions will be a great, social way to make music and learn songs as a group.
Tuesdays 1.30 – 3pm
£10 per session, paid termly
Please note: The Rusty Rockers is currently at capacity. Please email contact@coda.org.uk to be added to the waiting list.*
We welcome all abilities but recommend you need to be at least ‘busker’ level (ideally you will know basic major, minor and 7th chord shapes – it’s not aimed at virtuosos!).
*We currently have a waiting list for Rusty Rockers. We are at capacity (especially for guitarists) but may have space if you are a keyboard player! Please get in touch if you would be interested in signing-up.
Bring your own instrument – or contact us if you would like to borrow one of ours (e.g. piano/keyboard). We’re also looking for willing singers for both lead and backing vocals, as eventually we hope the group can go out and perform.

Coda Rusty Rockers will be led by experienced community musicians who will work with the group on the choice of vintage pop and rock repertoire – and get you making music you enjoy together.
Stick around after the session for a coffee and a chat in Bramble Hill café.
If you’re interested in joining the Coda Rusty Rockers, get in touch and let us know what instrument you play or if you would like to borrow one of ours.
So dust off those instruments and let’s bring back your love of playing again!
