On Saturday 25th February, we will be holding a day of recording sessions at Coda Music Centre.
If you are a vocalist or small ensemble wanting to lay down some tracks, then this is the perfect opportunity!
Each session will be 90 minutes at a cost of £50 and you will receive:
*Support with vocal performance and technique from Deborah Jordan (Vocal Tutor)
*Production and engineering from Simon Skolfield (Futuristica Music) and
*a CD/MP3 of the recording
Time slots will be available throughout the day at 90 minute intervals from 10am, with the last session at 4.30pm (finishing at 6pm).
Singers will need to provide backing tracks for songs they wish to record, so will need to come prepared with instrumental tracks on USB stick or CD.
Owing to constraints of sound in the room, we are only able to offer this opportunity to small ensembles (no drums), so are unable to cater for bands on this occasion.
Please let us know which instruments are involved in any ensembles so that we can facilitate the best possible recording on the day.
Should there be sufficient demand for these sessions, we can consider extending the offer to also include Sunday 26th February, but this is subject to numbers.
