Courses, Academies & Seasonal Schools for Young People

Coda offers a number of courses, Academies and Seasonal Schools specifically for younger people. These offer a variety of opportunities to learn, play together and perform – and include Coda’s Summer Rock & Pop Academy and Kids Friday Ukulele Band sessions.

Kids Ukulele Band

Currently running as an online group via Zoom for the Autumn Term 2020 on Thursdays 4.45 – 5.45. If you are interested in joining, please contact Coda.

For ages 6 – 11

Enjoyable, informal sessions which teach the foundations – the best way to hold the ukulele, basic chords, strumming, getting a clean sound, jamming with others – &, most of all, how to have FUN with the ukulele!

At Coda Music Centre near Christchurch, on the Dorset/Hampshire border. We offer music tuition for all ages and abilities in piano, strings, woodwind, guitars, drums and vocals. Lessons can be one-to-one, in pairs or groups – depending on preference and budget. Classes are offered at a variety of times – just get in touch for current availability.
