COVID-19 INFORMATION
We take the health and safety of our students and staff very seriously. With this in mind, we have currently suspended all of our children’s groups. These will not be running for the remainder of 2021.
Coda offers fun and creative music-making sessions for children aged from 18 months:
Music Toddlers (18m – 3yrs),
Music Tots (3-4 yrs),
Music Minors (4-5 yrs) and
Music Majors (5-6 yrs).
Classes are lively, varied and fun for children and parents. We offer a structured but informal programme which incorporates Colourstrings and Kodaly methods to nurture new skills from toddler to age 7, when students move to instrumental tuition of their choice.

These music-making sessions help to build creativity and communication skills, enhance collaboration and self esteem and build both mental and physical co-ordination skills.
Classes are led by teachers with wealth of experience in this very specialist area and all of our classes are held at the Coda Music Centre.
Coda incorporates the Kodaly concepts and methods to support learning in a child-centred approach to music teaching – and with small group sizes and age-specific groups (from toddlers and tots to minors and majors) we try to offer the best introduction to enjoying and learning to play music.

Our Early Years classes run throughout the week at a cost of £6 per session (fees paid termly) with the first Taster Session free.
