Half Term Reminder!
Half Term Reminder!

We hope you are all staying safe and well.

Firstly, just a reminder that next week (w/c 15th February) is Half Term, so there are no lessons!

Lessons will resume again on Monday 22nd February. These will continue to be online – unless restrictions are lifted.
The next Government announcement is also due around 22nd February and we will continue to adapt our provision subject to the latest advice and notify you of any changes.

We hope to open the centre again soon but, until then, thank you for continuing to be so flexible and adapting to online lessons.

GET CREATIVE OVER HALF TERM!

Over half term, we thought it might be fun to provide some new resources for music making. We’d love to encourage you to put everything you’ve been learning in your lessons this year into practice – and so we asked one of our music leaders, James Arthur, to create a little film for us. James demonstrates how to make your very own ‘Music Generator’ – his own invention! – and shows you how to use it to create your own songs. James uses a ukulele, but the principle is the same for any instrument!

Click here to watch the video clip.

We’d love you to watch the film, follow some of James’ tips and generate your own songs. If you want, it would be even better if we could hear/see what you make, so why not film it and send it to us?

Email or transfer your creations to marina.tucker@coda.org.uk and we can share them with the Coda community.

In the meantime, please get in touch should you need anything and thank you again for your patience and understanding during these testing times.
Enjoy your half term break and we look forward to seeing you in the second half of the Spring Term!
